The challenge is that it's hard to know how to start or what's important to make sure you do during a presentation or conversation.   If you don't get it right, a lot could be at stake. You could lose credibility, not get your message across, and miss an important opportunity to influence or coach.

This mini-course gives you some tips on thinking about your audience and how you kick off a presentation. It also gives advice on how to interact with your audience using questioning, how to deal with questions that you receive and pointers on creating better slides. During this course we want you to think about how you could have applied these tips to past conversations or presentations and also think about how you will use them in future engagements.
